After 13 weeks of hard work, it has all paid off!
Outstanding project award runner up - Bosch
Bosch partnered with the design department at Brunel University London to give us the great opportunity and experience of working with a real client for one of our second year projects.
Bosch asked us to design for the lawn and gardening market, and this was my proposal. (project shown on portfolio page - ergonomic design)
Working in teams of 6 we developed a sub-brand company for Bosch, mine was called 'Oko'. We had an eco friendly brand identity to encourage all ages to get outside more. We then individually proposed, designed and made products to fit our sub-brand.
Bosch chose their top 20 favourite projects from our year of 94 students. 3 from team 'Oko' were chosen in the top 20, and 2 including me in the top 3!
This project taught me so much about designing with the client in mind, but most of all, that hard work and perseverance do pay off!
